Transitions
Transitions sits in the space between - neither belonging to Light on the Horizon nor Breaking Through, but the movement between the two.
These oil paintings on metal - copper, brass, steel and mirror - explore moments of shift and uncertainty: where light begins to emerge, but hasn’t settled; where movement is felt but not resolved. The metal surfaces catch and reflect light, so each piece remains subtly in motion, responsive to the environment.
There is a sense of pause within this series - a space of becoming rather than arrival.
